What is included?
The participants of the 35th EPSA Annual Congress will have Access to the following privileges:

1. Conference attendance – includes educational symposiums, interactive workshops, training sessions and dynamic GAs.
2. All meals included.
3. Social events including the GALA Dinner.

Attendance
All participants should attend every mandatory session and at least 50 % of the remaining programme in order to have access to the social events.

Payment Conditions

- After completing your application you should wait to receive a confirmation email from the Reception Committee (RC).
- Do not transfer Money to the account before receiving confirmation that your application was accepted.
- When your application is accepted, the RC will provide you all the data necessary to proceed to the payment of the congress fee. The fee must be paid 10 working days after the confirmation of your registration. Do not forget that all bank transfer expenses must be covered by the participant. If this fails to happen, the RC is entitled to demand the participant to pay for such expenses at the event site.
- You must send a copy of the bank transfer document to registration@epsa-congress2012.com.
- Applications are only considered valid once the RC sends you an email confirming the reception of this bank transfer document.

Cancellation of registration

If you want to cancel your registration, you must contact the RC to the following email address: registration@epsa-congress2012.com. If your cancellation is prior to February 2nd, RC will retain 60% of the paid fee and after that date no refunds will be made.

General conditions

1. The RC or EPSA will not be liable, whether it is negligent or otherwise, for any costs, expenses or damages resulting from:

- Loss of life, personal injury or damage to property arising from any occurrence on any premises, or the conduct of any person attending the 35th EPSA Annual Congress.
- Loss of, or damage to, any personal property brought into any premises by any person attending the 35th EPSA Annual Congress.

2. Individual participants will be responsible for claims, action, damages, liability or expenses due to or arising from any occurrence on any premise occasioned wholly or in part by any act or omission of a participant, or arising out of any breach by a participant of any provision of this agreement, including without limitation any claims, actions, damages, liability or expenses in connection with loss of life, personal injury or damage to property and such responsibility will survive the termination or other expiration of this agreement.
3. Individual participants will be responsible for all damage caused to the personal property of the RC and of the 35th EPSA Annual Congress and to any premises used by participants, and the amount of such damage determined by the RC will be paid before checkout from the hotel.
4. Individual participants will be subject to strictly comply with all orders, rules and regulations of the 35th EPSA Annual Congress, with respect to the use of any premises and with the laws, ordinances, regulation, by-laws and other requirements of all governmental and other authorities affecting any premises or the use thereof.
5. Participants must behave according to the domestic rules of the hotel.

Letter of Confirmation of Membership

The RC will contact your member association’s Liaison Secretary (LS) on your behalf to confirm your membership of that pharmacy student association. Current membership of your pharmacy student association is required to be able to attend this event.

Please inform us if you are an EPSA Individual Member, otherwise your application may be rejected once confirmation from your LS is denied.
